Happy Monday! Isn't it wonderful to have our clear skys almost back?
This last week we have seen similar trends to the past few months. Lots going pending, a number of homes jumping on the market, but not enough to keep up with the demand. We had a client call us this week asking us to help them find an agent in another state. They are considering moving out of the area, and wanted a good realtor and weren't sure where to start. We LOVE that they called us first, because it dosn't take much time and research for us to find a quality realtor for them.
